Can someone get a chemist shop license after completing D.Pharma?

My friend wants to open a medical shop. Can he get a license on the basis of D.Pharma or does he need to pursue B.Pharma?

Yes, you can open a chemist shop after taking licence of chemist and D.Pharma is the eligibility for the taking licence for open a chemist shop
