I can provide you with an honest review of LPU. My insights are on basis of personal experience : lets go point by point Academics: One of the forte of LPU, Since it has invested heavily in intellectual capital, it has a great academic record. The continuous up gradation of curriculum on industry consultations is a great enabler for industry immersion. The university constantly works in providing its students with the right industrial exposure y the way of internships, consultancies, live projects etc. In large number of companies. The regular guest lectures, panel discussions and interactions with industry experts are also undertaken frequently. It gives its students a chance to work on live projects, giving them a platform to hone their skills. Placements LPU is consistently solid in terms of placements. With more than 650 Major corporations and companies visiting the campus to hire abundant talent across all programs. It has broken many records when it comes to placements as numerous students get placed at very high packages in major corporations year after year. Out of 650 plus companies more than 100 are from fortune 500 club, more than 60 offer packages of 10 LPA plus and about 100 offer packages of 8 LPA plus. This speaks volumes about the prowess of LPU in its industry relations. Faculty The biggest investment of LPU, its intellectual capital ! Its well qualified and experienced and research oriented innovative faculty, which works day in and out to deliver the programs in right pedagogy ! They work on a culture of continuous mentor-ship for students so as to facilitate the holistic development. One thing that I truly liked about LPU is the teachers. The well-trained teachers use interesting ways to teach the students and guide and support the students in the best possible way. Campus life The campus life at LPU| is vibrant, with large number of events happening throughout the year, some great facilities like in campus Mall, eateries, shopping arcade, electronic shops to apparel stores, LPU students get to access a lot of facilities. This campus never sleeps ! With such a huge umber of students and faculty living within the campus, it is buzzing with activity all 24 hours! The facilities like swimming pools, skating rinks, indoor sports complex, outdoor playgrounds, gyms, nets and many more keep the students engaged in their free time. Hope this helps DVD.

Government of India in its only official ranking system under NIRF has ranked LPU amongst Top 100 in its most crucial Overall category, which includes all IITs and Central universities. LPU is also ranked 78th in the list of all the government and private universities of the country. Not only that, our Engineering institution is in the Top 100, Management in the Top 50, and Pharmacy in the Top 30 institutions of India. [1] 2. Academic Content: Starting from core subjects to department electives and then Pathways, the curriculum which is offered to the students is updated one that too in consultation and feedback of the industry officials as the University has many links with the industry and conducts meetings with the higher officials of the industries to take academic feedback on the course floated and improvise it by putting the relevant things. 3. Faculty: LPU believes in delivering the quality, for same, it has hired faculty from the reputed institutes like IITs, NITs. The syllabus is vetted from the company officials of Cognozant, SAP, Microsoft etc. To provide updated curriculum. LPU has his own space shuttle programme, where students and faculty members are working on satellite programme with the joint help of ISRO. 4. International Exposure: The University also floats study abroad programs try giving an opportunity to complete your degree in US, CANADA, AUSTRALIA etc. You can go for student exchange programs on scholarships paying nominal fees, You do foreign internships and process for foreign study from the university itself. 5. Techsavy University: A dedicated online portal for attendance, assignments, lecture notes, text books, fee payment etc. Is available in the campus. It has best lab facilities with dedicated lab for each subject. Each laboratory has fully functional world class equipment, and advanced tools available for better research work. 6. Placements: More than 550 companies visit every year for such activities and campus-recruitment of students from LPU. The astonishing companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Oracle, Samsung, HDFC bank, Colgate, and many more visit every year for on campus drives and hire many students. Being alumni makes me nostalgic every time I think about LPU campus life. Lovely Professional University has a beautiful and magnificent campus that spreads over 600 acres in Phagwara. The campus has students all over states and 40+ countries of the world. It has 145+ programs in 55+ disciplines,150+ tie-ups with foreign universities,30k+ students, and 1400+ global and Indian super brands for placement. There are multiple facilities within the campus like university Mall, university Hospital, Food courts or kiosks, Bank ATMs, residential facilities, food facilities, and Transport facilities. The elegance and the brightness of the campus even become more lively during events, concerts, coke studio performances, One India, and One World Fests. Being a localite of Jalandhar City, I would like to give my review for same, with each passing year I have seen LPU growing in all aspects. LPU is the brand name that is showing tremendous growth with every passing year with its accomplishments in the education sector. The university is ranked high on various parameters by acclaimed organizations. Also, it is a recipient of various awards, including the Best Private University Award by ASSOCHAM in 2017, presented by former Prakash Javadekar, Union Minister of HRD, government. Of India and NIRF 2020 (MHRD Government of India) has ranked LPU 29th for Pharmacy, 49 for MBA, and 87 for Engineering. Talking about Lovely Professional University, I was a student of MBA here in LPU. I will summarize you some of the key points of LPU - 1) LPU is having industrial oriented curriculum as per industry demand. 2) International exposure - students from all over the India plus International students are also studying here. 3) Placements - The university has been ranked high by outer agencies also with regard to placements of students. Around 550+ companies visit every year for campus-recruitment of students from LPU. LPU becomes the favourite landing place for bulk recruiters like Cognizant Technology Solutions, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, Amazon, Bosch Engineering, Meditab and many more 4) PEP classes - PEP classes start right away from the first semester itself in form of Communication Skills and continue till the final semester that prepare you for placement drives. 5) Innovative and productive environment, more emphasize on practical sessions with the benefit of having ragging free campus. 6) You will get an online system I. e UMS ( university management system), in which you can access all the details like your time table, fee status, attendance and result record, exam, schedules and many more. 7) Security measures for girls - If your a girl and decide to reside in hostel. Then you'll have to mark you attendance daily in hostel to the floor warden and be in hostel within the entry timings. 6:00-6:30 is winters timing and in summers upto 07:30 probably. So if you don't enter into hostel till that time. You are gonna have to face the warden for explanation and may be a call to your parents. That's a bit harsh. While girls may not like this but Im sure their parents would surely do. But if you wanna live freely. There are plenty of PGs near University. Now decide whats best for you. But you'll be super safe inside the hostels than in PGs that's for sure. You can go to library from 08:00 PM to 12:00 AM. But will be accompanied with a guard from you hostel to library. Hospital, Mall, indoor stadium is also available inside the university campus. 8) LPU is having experienced, specialised and well qualified faculty members. 70+ faculty / staff members have been from foreign countries, faculty from IIT, IIM and IIIT as we are concerned about the betterment of the students.

Well in my opinion, I will recommend Lovely Professional University. LPU is a well renowned university, providing quality education, innovative pedagogy and unbeatable placements both national and international. LPU provides a great academic exposure to its students. It provides a chance to the students to attend guest lectures or workshops, so that they get to learn as much as they can. The students also work on live projects, so that they are able to apply their knowledge to practical settings. It is one of the few that has embraced international practices when it comes to designing a curriculum. Instead of using old school books and lectures, LPU has experimented with books, interactive problem-solving interactions and working through real-world applications. The university has been ranked high by various outer agencies with regard to placements. LPU is conferred with National Employ-ability Award 2020 by Aspiring Minds for the 7th time in a row for having Most Employable Students and being one among the top colleges and universities in India with one of the highest Employ-ability rates.
