    The PGDM programme, offered by GIBS, is an MBA substitute. The specialised placement programme provided by GIBS prepares students for placements at various levels and functions as a finishing school curriculum. The median income packet was Rs 4.2 LPA, and the average was Rs 6.30 LPA.
