There is no link for downloading IPMAT previous years question papers. IIM, Indore doesn't shares it's previous years question papers. But, if you want sample papers, then it is available at IIM Indore's website. Every year, the cutoffs changes. There are sectional cutoffs. For 2018, it was 16 marks
