Hello Piyush,
Pattern is given in link below. SRM only asks for basic Q. It only judge that weather you know the right condition or not. So just focus on your JEE Main and you will automatically be able to prepare for it. https://www.shiksha.com/engineering/srmjeee-pg-exam-pattern.

No, there is no negative marking in SRMJEEE PG 2027. A total of 100 questions are asked, each carrying one mark.
The syllabus of SRMJEEE PG and GATE is same, but the questions asked in SRMJEEE PG are moderate level. Most questions are basic and direct formula-based.
