Can someone pursue the same course again or reappear for a particular set of exams if he/she is unsatisfied with the scores?
I have done MA in English with low marks i.e. 53.2%. I am unsatisfied with my score.

There is a provision to fill improvement exams that will help improvise your scores as well as result.
