I don't think you can pursue two regular degree simultaneously from Mumbai University but you can do professional course with degree. According to UGC, students are not allowed to do two regular degrees at the same time. According to me two regular degrees put burden on you and attendance issues also occur, so it's better to do a single regular degree. -
I don't think that is possible in any university of the country or abroad at one time you need to take only one you can take only one degree and simultaneous the doing two different degrees from the same Institute is definitely not possible but if you are interested and if the two degrees are really then I believe that you cannot write an email application to the concerned Administration and ask them if you wish to do this degrees, then is it possible also I think that Mumbai University people are really Cooperative civil law reply you very quickly and then you can now check out if you are eligible or hear it all the best.
