No, you cannot take the NTSE exam again if you are repeating the 10th grade. You can only take this exam if you are appearing for the 10th board exam for the first time. The candidates studying 10th are eligible to write NTSE exam, provided they are less than 18 years of age, not employed and are appearing for the Class X board examination for the first time. So you cannot retake NTSE.
