    Yes, Sri Lankan students are eligible to take the NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) in the Tamil language. NEET is conducted in multiple languages, including Tamil, to accommodate a diverse range of candidates. 

    Candidates can select their preferred medium of the question paper during the application process. It's important to note that the chosen medium cannot be changed once the application is submitted. 

    Therefore, Sri Lankan students who are proficient in Tamil can opt to take the NEET exam in Tamil medium, provided they select this option at the time of application.
