Yes, You are eligible to sit in both the examinations according to CLAT consortium as exam of December is also for students seeking admission in 2023 session as per the notifications given. So it is a golden chance to prepare for CLAT examination and appear two time in a row without dropping a year.

According to the latest announcement made by the Consortium of NLUs', examination for CLAT has been moved from May-June to December so that student can appear for it without having to stress about their board examination.
