Can students apply for Part-time jobs while studying at Eth Zurich?

<p>As per student reviews, it is theoretically possible to work while you are studying at ETH Zurich. However, you need to keep in mind that it will be extremely difficult to manage your time because of your course workload and difficulty level. Finding a part time job is not easy for international students as all of them would require you to be proficient at the German language.&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Non EU/EFTA students will require a work permit for internships or work opportunities. And a work permit is only allowed if your course mandates you to do an internship.</li><li>You are permitted to work up to 15 hours per week of paid part-time employment during the semester. Up to 100 percent of the workforce may be employed during the lecture-free period.</li><li>At the Office of Economics and Labour (AWA), your employer must submit an application for a work permit on your behalf.<br>Only when the waiting period has passed and you have a residency permit is this feasible.</li><li>If you would like confirmation that the employment does not interfere with your education, kindly email the university.</li></ul>
