Yes, Southern Illinois University Edwardsville offers a scholarship named Meridian scholarship for international undergraduate students that covers the full tuition fee, along with the mandatory fees as well as room and board costs.
Overseas applicants are required to apply for this scholarship and deadline for the same is Nov 15, 2024. This scholarship is awarded to students entering in the fall semester with the exception of the SIUE Commitment and GEO Award.
