Can students in the final year of graduation apply for MS in US prior to the last semester examination?

Hi Aashish, GRE scores are valid for five years not three years. You can apply during the final semester instead of final year but this won't be fruitful as your application won't be evaluated till you have the final grades. You can apply on the basis of predicted scores but you will still need the final scores for them to formally accept you. Before investing time and energy on the applications email the universities and confirm from them, every university has different requirements.

Yes, they can apply and get the score card of GRE and if you think that is not that sufficient for reputed universities, you can try for one or more attempts.
