    No, you cannot enrol immediately in AIIMS without taking an entrance exam. Anyone who wishes to get admitted to AIIMS Bhubaneswar must complete the NEET exam and receive a merit-based score. That cannot be accomplished in any other way. You can enrol in a private or semi-private college if you want direct admission. In India, there are numerous colleges where your class 12 results will determine your admission status.

    No, It is not possible to join any AIIMS directly without giving any entrance exam. Anyone who wants to get admission in AIIMS Bhubaneswar must score according to merit in NEET exam. There is no other possible way for that. If you want direct admission you can go for private or semi-private college. There are many colleges in India where you can get admission on the based of your class 12th result.
