Yes, students from outside Odisha state can also apply for the Special OJEE exam. However, such candidates can only apply for admissions to the private colleges in Odisha. Only the natives in Odisha are eligible to take admission to the government institutes in Odisha offering admissions through OJE

Candidates will know their allotted OJEE exam centre only from OJEE admit card. There is no way to know the test centre before the release of the OJEE admit card.

- Students who hold a graduation degree or equivalent in any discipline from a recognised university can apply for OJEE.
- Final year graduation students are also eligible to apply for OJEE.
- There is no age bar to apply for OJEE exam 2026
OJEE registration fee is not refundable. Once OJEE application fee is paid, the amount will not be returned even if students does not take the exam.
