Candidates seeking admisison to MBA (or PGP) are not required to have any work experience. However, if there are students with part-time experience, its experience, understanding and knowledge can only help them crack the interview round. For MBA-PGPX, it is compulsory for students to have at least four years of full-time work experience, any part-time experience beyond this duration won't be a concern.
