Can't we get admission in any top colleges without giving CLAT?

I want to get admission on the basis of merit.

there are many colleges offering law Admission procedure in those colleges are on the basis of 12 boards marks and even there fees is also very low like 11,000-25,000

yes offcourse they are very good colleges you may check out also colleges like INDIAN LAW SOCIETY (ILS) it's in PUNE it's fees is 14,395(per annum) graded A+ UNIVERSITY 2nd one is GOVERNMENT LAW COLLEGE MUMBAI A+GRADED 11,900 FEES (PER ANNUM) NIRMA LAW SCHOOL GANDHINAGAR A GRADED 1,25,000 FEE
