Can take admission in MBA if I have a backlog in 1 subject in the final year?

No, you have to pass all the subjects in your graduation with 50% or more. However, some colleges don't have any such criteria like TISS, XLRI, etc. You also have to take some competitive exams such as CAT, XAT or MAT.
