Can Telangana students apply for Andhra Pradesh NEET PG Counselling?
No, a candidate cannot apply in more than 1 (One) State for Counselling under 85% State Quota Seats. Having a Domicile Certificate from more than One (1) State is illegal & unlawful. There have been cases in the past where admissions of such students were later cancelled.

Domicile is necessary for the NEET state counselling in 2024. Candidates must meet the state's specific NEET domicile requirements to qualify for state quota seats and private institutions which means the candidate must be a permanent resident of the particular state.
