No, you can't take NPTEL certification exams from home. They are held on Saturdays and Sundays in two sessions a day as follows:
Morning Session: 9 AM to 12 PM
Afternoon Session: 2 PM to 5 PM
Applicants must report to the assigned exam center with an Admit Card and an acceptable Identification Card for
