Can the students of other states take admission in Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Lucknow for M.Sc (Ag.) horticulture?

Yes, you can, but its not the best choice, Horticulture as a branch of studies is picking up in India these days due to proposed mega investments in food parks and government push towards different agri crops.
