Hi Jugmeet, the free education term is just a misnomer. there is one or the payment to be made always. In Germany if you do not get full scholarship and if you get fee at a subsidized rate then it comes to Euro 140 - 500 per semester. The living expense comes to Euro 740 per annum.

to the extent I know, they do not charge any tuition fees. the only burden is accpomodation and living expenses.
