Can u please tell me any institutes for SAS course in finance in Delhi after MBA which helps me for growth?

I am B.com Graduate. At Present I am pursuing 3 yrs. PGPM from IMT-CDL through distance learning. IMT Ghzbd offers to do dual specialization. So plz suggest me which field is better for me between FINANCE&OPERATION and SYSTEM&OPERATION.
