IITs DELHI,BOMBAY,KANPUR,MADRAS ;DCE(now DTU);NSIT etc. are the most reputed colleges in INDIA offering M.TECH.(COMPUTER SCIENCE)... no,gate selectionis not based completely on the gate score card .EACH college conducts interviews for final intake based on the gate score card...........
