The minimum percentage for filling the AIEEE from is passing % in the 10+2, n now a days BITS pilani has also started conducting entrance test for B.Tech admission. The different college which fills their seats through AIEEE has their own demands of cutoff percentage of 12th or PCM. Regar

HSC should be minimum 60% ,only BITS Pilani asks for very high %age.... AIEEE shld be less than 20000 to get NITs in open category.

Better college for what? See if you want to do a normal graduation like Bsc then what matters is a HSC marks but for engineering it is the AIEEE which counts not HSC, yes you need to have something around 50% in HSC for qualifying for an engineering course......As far as the percentage is concerned
