HCL, HP, Excel Frontline, PCS, CMS, CMC these are the companies taking hardware Engineers as a freshers but pay very less. Once u take some experience in these companies and enhance ur skills in RHCE+CCNA will give u growth as a system administrator or network administrator or security administrator
