Hi Chhavi,
Media is a very demanding and challenging course and has a lot to offer like Journalism, advertising, PR etc. So you have got a lot of options in Media to choose a specialization.
But keeping in mind your sincere interest towards Media I would suggest you to go with Advertising and PR.
