Georgelin, after completing Multimedia studies, you can go for a career in interactive design field or even UID/ UXD. There are ample presentation requirements in Multimedia due to internet/ online marketing. You can even do freelancing and later setup your own company. It would not matter whether you do a degree or a diploma - just be good in the art, and work hard. Opportunities lie in UI Design, Graphic Design, Storyboarding, Animation Design, Game Design, 3D Modelling, Texturing and Lighting, Dynamics and VFX and of course animation (2D and 3D). However, choosing between these must be done after seeing your performance in each of these. So going for a generic course covering all or most of these would be the best way to get started in these careers. Nothing but your innermost talent and passion should lead you to the course and the institute you choose. Also remember that Animation requires good mentoring. Typically go for a school which offers all the information including faculty on their website.
