Banasthali University promotes Indian culture.Hence for every task Hindi is preferred.There are no special forms for language preferred. Teachers usually ask all the students for their preference. Even if a single students prefers Hindi or English then the teacher will teach in 'both' the languages.

Yes, surely you can fill the form. Please visit the official site of Banasthali and follow the instructions given there. do read the details of the course B.A.LLB before applying for it that what are your choices as your school board is not an issue for applying for some course here.
