can v obtain 2 degrees b4 graduation, a btech degree as well as another engg honours degree thru correspondence?
my frined is doing b.tech ECE at VTU, belgaum (bengaluru) and he wishes to do engg honours 4rm delhi university. under d edu norms is it possibl to obtain dual degrees of such programs b4 graduation? plz help

Technically universities don't allow such practice. Your friend needs to read rules of his university. I will not suggest that he should do it.
