Can we apply for MS/Phd in abroad if we did MCA thru Distance(IGNOU)
Are we eligible to apply for higher studies in abroad if we have done our masters through distance learning, especially from IGNOU?

Yes, you can, as IGNOU is a central University and run under rules of UGC and Higher education authorities.
