Can we apply in the Railways or any other government job after completing B.Tech in CS?

Yes, you can. To crack the railway exams, you need better coaching and analytical skills. Be prepared for that before the exams. With B.Tech, you can look for Bank exams as well. The syllabus for Bank and Railway exams are somewhat similar. Best of luck.
