Can we apply through MAT December score? If yes,then what is the cutoff?

Yes you can apply through DEC MAT . The cutoff for MAT is usually high than CET.
Also you can get the detailed cutoff at dte website. -
For the admissions in 2015, scores of MAT conducted in February were considered. For All India seats along with MAT , CAT, XAT were also considered. So, it is difficult to tell exact MAT score required.
