    To become a teacher, you need to clear NET exam. This stands for National Eligibility Test. It's a national level Entrance test for post-graduate candidates who wish to qualify for admissions in Ph.D. and university level teaching jobs in India. It is held twice a year I. e. In the months of June and December. The eligibility to apply for this test is as follows:
    1. You must have a Masters degree in any discipline from a recognised university.
    2. You must have obtained minimum of 55% marks in your PG to appear for this test.

    TET, CTET SLET, NET CSIR NET SET, PRT, PGT, TGT, B.Ed and M.Ed.
