Can We change Our Engg College After 1st Year? Including our branch? And what Are the Criteria To Do that?

You can change your college either in 3rd semester or in 5th semester, provided your college gives NOC and in the college, you are seeking admission, at least one seat is lying vacant in the same branch. Both the colleges should be under the same university. Branch change is possible in 3rd sem only
