Few B-Schools allows dual specialisation during MBA. You may choose such B-Schools if you are keen to do dual specialisation MBA. As the majority of top B-Schools do not offer dual specialisation, you will miss out on top B-Schools, therefore, I will like to advise you against doing dual specialisat

Firstly, focus on your strength and what you choose. Then choose finance, HR or both. If finance is your strength then choose finance and if HR is your strength then chose HR.

Yes, you can go for Finance and HR both. If you are going for PGDM course, you can go for Major in Finance and Minor in HR or vice versa.
