Can we clear backlogs after 5 years?

I did my B.Sc microbiology, genetics and biochemistry in 2009 to 2012. I have backlog in 1st, 5th and 6th semester from Bangalore University.

    No, to clear backlogs, only 3 years are given. You need to restart the course.
