Hi Swati,
If you are keen to continue through the same University as in your first year, you shall require to inquire with the University for it has any distance education branch and also if there is a provision of transiting from regular course to correspondence program in continuation.

Some Universities offer lateral entry through which u can complete the first year of a degree course in a University and then join the 2nd year of the same course in another university which offers this lateral entry
