Hi,
B.TECH is of 4 years and there is a proper process which involves entrance exams like AIEEE and IIT-JEE.
If at all you looking for B.TECH, you can go for a bachelors degree in the same through distance education.
Apart from MBA, MCA or M.SC IT, you can even consider the below suggested high

You must do from the beginning any course for B.E. You must write the entrance exam to get through it.
