No, you cant and insteed of B.Ed you may give NET exam after MBA which will help you to get a lecturer's job.

You can not do as well as it is not advisable . B.Ed is essential for teachers job in school where as MBA is required to join the management cadre job in various organisation. So, I can not understand the combination.
