Can we do b.sc (non-med) as private or by distance education in punjab

I am passed 12th(non-med) with 87% marks now i will join 2 years ETT course for govt job in elementary school in punjab but i want to continue my b.sc degree with my job please suggest me & tell me can i do my b.sc degree as private or by distance educaton please help me as soon as possibl
