Diploma in Engineering and BDS together practically it will very difficult. Both require full time concentrate and effort to justice to studies. These fields are not correlated, therefore, it is recommended that you may avoidg both Diploma in Engineering & BDS simultaneously.

It is better to do it separately. Do not mix both the fields together. You can first go for BDS, and then for Engineering. Or, you may first go for engineering, and then for BDS. So, that is your choice.
