Hope your doing well, by the way there are Executive MBA is an course which helps the working people to complete an MBA degree within 1 or 2 years along with working full time Executive MBA degrees can position you for a promotion, especially for careers in finance, marketing and accounting E-MBA is very good option with E-MBA you can get better job opportunities with good salary packages.
Admission Process
* Candidates shall have a bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ST) from any recognized university or institution.
* They shall have a minimum experience of 2-Years after graduation

There are a few distant learning programs offered by some IIMs for people wanting to do MBA while doing job. But my suggestion would be to do a full-time MBA course in India to get the most out of it, if you don't have too many years of work experience. Hope that answers your query.
