Can we do PGDM (mba) after doing PGDB(post graduation diploma in banking) ? PGDB one year program from ICICI OR AXIS BANKS

I am planning to do MBA in a reputed and finest B-school,but mean while i got a job in ICICI bank as bank officer and they are offering PGDB ,but i want to do MBA after gaining some experience .Is this program helpful to me? i am a B Tech graduate .

Hi, Yes you may surely pursue full time MBA or PGDM program after completing PGDM one year program. So as per your profile I would suggest you to accept the job offer and work for 3-4 yeas and then opt for a full time MBA or PGDM program in finance as it will further enhance your career prospects.
