Can we do the engineering from other university like kalinga university which is in chattisgadh or is it imp to from from O.U or jntu

C its my humble request to you not to get admitted in colleges blindly. Kalinga University in Raipur about which u ve stated is still for good academicians.
Whereas OU & JNTU are considered they are the Pillars of Engineering ....
Definitely u should go for OU&JNTU
