Can we get a 'B' category seat in CBIT with jee mains rank 20k?? Is the fees of the seat as same as convenor quota?

Hello,
As of last year's stats (2016), you can definitely bag a seat in CBIT.
The fees of the JEE Mains seat and convenor quota seat is same.
