Hi, LPU Believes that money should not be a hurdle if one wants to study in his/her area of interest. Hence, LPU does offer scholarship on the basis of the percentage in the qualifying exam. LPU is the largest university in India and offer a plethora of courses in many disciplines. LPU's Physical Efficiency Test (LPUPET/PET) is in fact not an hour-long session with a fixed time allotment; rather, it is a combination of physical tasks conducted in succession sprinting for 50m, broad jump, overhead medicine ball throw (3 kg for men and 2 kg for women), and finally 1000m of run/walk. The time taken in doing the complete tasks varies with the fitness of the candidate, commonly taking from 20 to 45 minutes for a session. The candidates are allowed a maximum of two attempts.
