can we get job and also in college have100% placment?

I want to take admission in aircraft faculty so kindly allow my request & give the answer of my question.

no institute give you 100% placement guarantee they can give you only 100% placement assistance , they provide you a platform and arrange test and interviews for good job, even top most college IIM also not give you 100% placement guarantee , placement as per your academic record and your skills
