Can we get job in airports after studying aeronautical engineering?

Aeronautical engineering is not only about getting into plane industry, it is much more than plane. It also needs maintenance and other stuffs on it's trip. You can also get there and many more things are there that only aeronautical engineer can do. Yes, you may get job in airports.
