No, you cannot get admission to UPTU affiliated private colleges through JEE Mains. Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU) conducts its own entrance exam called the Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) for admission to various undergraduate and postgraduate courses offered by colleges

You can't get government colleges of UPTU through JEE Mains rank, but you can get private college through this process.

In government colleges, there is no such provision of getting college on JEE marks, but there are some colleges in private colleges that accept JEE marks for admission in that you can get admission.
